1. Ordering and Payment

 1.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Flamborough Pizza Co.
1.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept cash and card payments.
1.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Collection

 2.1 All orders must be collected from our store at Living Sea Centre, South Sea Road, Flamborough YO15 1AE.
2.2 Collection times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.
2.3 Please ensure you arrive at the specified collection time.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

 3.1 Orders may be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the estimated collection time.
3.2 Refunds will be issued at our discretion for orders cancelled within the specified time frame or for orders that are not prepared due to our error.

4. Food Allergies and Intolerances

 4.1 Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances when placing your order.
4.2 While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of allergens.

5. Liability

 5.1 Flamborough Pizza Co. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the consumption of our food, including but not limited to food poisoning or allergic reactions.
5.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

  2. Minimum Spend: A minimum spend of £15.00 applies to qualify for the discount.

  3. Frequency of Use: There is no limit on how many times a code can be used; customers are welcome to use the discount on every order until the promotion ends.

  4. Validity: This offer is valid until close of business on 31st March 2026.

  5. Exclusions: * This discount cannot be combined with any other active promotions or set-price deals.​

  6. Redemption: The valid area code must be provided at the time of ordering to apply the discount.
